Do not gather in groups. Wash Hands / sanitise regularly and maintain good hygiene. Gates Open 5pm Friday 19th March. Camping welcome Friday and Saturday nights. Riding commences 12pm Saturday to 5pm. Sunday 10am to 3pm.

FAMILY WEEKEND RIDE — celebration dinner   Our last Family Weekend ride for the year will be held at our Axedale property on the weekend of the 16th and 17th November 2019.   To celebrate the year that was, we’d love to get you all together for dinner on Saturday 16th November 2019 @ 6pm for a Fully Catered Spit roast dinner. Choice of meats, jacket potato, salads, veggies and desert!   Adults (13 and over) = $13.50 Children (12 and Under) = $7.00 Children (Under 3) = Free   A marquee will be set up on the night, so bring your table, chairs and drinks, everything else will be provided.   Head to our webpage at www.wtmc.com.au and click on Events to secure your tickets.   Bookings and payment MUST be made by the 1st November 2019, as we need to confirm final numbers with the catering company prior to the event.   Note: You will not be able to pay on the day.   Any special dietary requirements please email  wtmcsecretary@outlook.com   There will be no Sausage sizzle at this ride.
